It’s the New Year, we’re all allowed to dream a bit!!
I might add the following
OUT:
❌ Painfully long interview processes where a series of interviewers get to ask the candidate the same question over……and over………and over.
❌ AI in employee selection (there’s a reason it’s called “HUMAN” resources.)
❌ AI in the job application process (you can’t post on LinkedIn about the dehumanizing facets of your job search when you’re relying on a not human to apply)
IN:
✔️ People managers who genuinely want the feedback from their team on THEIR performance.
✔️ Managers and team members that strive for employee engagement, don’t just prattle on about it. Yes, it’s a joint effort.
✔️ The use of data and science to support all of these human based efforts. After all, every other dept in your company uses data to support business decisions and if your employees are so important, don’t they deserve that same investment?
