Meet Gareth Callaway

President and Founder

Having dedicated over 25 years to building the company, I am passionate about the success of Gateway and our clients. Prior to this journey, I gained invaluable experience as a recruitment manager at Paxus, a leading staffing and recruiting firm in Australia.

As a proud father, I bring meaningful family values into the culture at Gateway, including integrity, responsibility, and community. Additionally, I am a keen rugby fan and have had the privilege of refereeing matches at national tournaments and junior international games.

When I’m not focused on business, you’ll often find me on the golf course.

Ben Carr

Recruiter and Account Manager

I joined Gateway in May 2021. I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a BBA and a concentration in Accounting. I grew up playing team sports and played on Laurier’s Varsity Men’s Rugby Team. Through these experiences, I have learned the value of teamwork and collaboration. I am excited about bringing on new clients and showcasing the benefits of partnering with our team.

I joined the team in February 2023, and I am excited to grow as a part of the company. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BBA and a concentration in Accounting. I played rugby at Laurier, and now I play on the Canadian Development Academy where I am competing for a spot on the national team. I look forward to being part of Gateway’s growth in the coming years.
