My wife jokes that I’ve been in the recruiting business since I had to beg her to go out on a date with me back in March of 2004. Ever since then I wake up in the morning and think that I have to recruit her to stay with me for the next 24 hours! Thankfully it’s worked out and we have two beautiful daughters that take our breath away daily.

Like Gareth, I always hoped for that professional sports contract, but my days of circling the diamond ended at the age of 32 when I tore my shoulder labrum diving for a fly ball. I guess hustle resulted in surgery instead of a long-term contract!

Prior to joining Gateway, I had been in sales for over 10 years, as well as starting and still running my own very successful marketing company. I love building relationships with executives and business owners that are looking for new solutions to help their organizations grow.
